Description of other application requirements
Prior to full admission to this program, students must:
1 - complete a minimum of 45 undergraduate credits,
2 - complete EDUC1002 and EDUC1003 and a majority of Liberal Education courses,
3 - have a 2.0 or higher GPA overall, including transferred courses,
4 - have received a C- or higher in all required courses for the major.
Current UMD students who want to change colleges into this major must:
1 - meet with a CEHSP Professional Advisor (z.umn.edu/cehspadvisors), and
2 - be in good academic standing* with UMD.
*Students who are not in good academic standing (GPA below a 2.0) should meet with a professional advisor to discuss change of college options.
