Current UMD students who want to change colleges into SCSE must:
1 - be in good academic standing* with UMD.
2 - have successfully completed MATH 1005 or higher with a grade of C- or better,.
3 - have successfully completed any biology, chemistry, computer science, earth and environmental science or physics course at UMD with a grade of C- or better.
Students are encouraged to visit with a SCSE Professional Advisor (z.umn.edu/scseadvising) prior to submitting their application.
*Students who are not in good academic standing (GPA below a 2.0) should meet with a SCSE professional advisor to discuss change of college options.
