Program learning outcomes
1. Students will demonstrate accurate knowledge of key finance concepts (the time value of money, valuation of financial assets and the relationship between risk and expected return).
2. Students will demonstrate accurate knowledge of three distinct capital markets (equity, bond, and derivatives) including their operations and the financial assets traded in each one.
3. Students will appropriately evaluate the financial health of a firm and the strategies the firm employs to create value for its shareholders.
