1. Students will be able to analyze divergent theories and/or paradigms that shape educational practices.
2. Students will be able to identify a problem in educational practice and conduct a relevant literature review.
3. Students will teach topics effectively through multiple modalities.
4. Students will be able to construct an action plan for organizational change that is directly related to their professional focus or work.
5. Students will be able to examine educational inequities in reference to cultural identities such as those related to race, class, and gender in the context of the impacts of colonization.
