Program learning outcomes

1a. Students will produce professional quality business documents.
1b.  Students will deliver professional quality business-oriented presentations.
2a.  Students will use appropriate quantitative tools and techniques to analyze business problems.
2b.  Students will apply quantitative information to make effective decisions.
2c.  Students will apply qualitative information, tools/techniques, and appropriate theories to make effective decisions.
3a.  Students will identify and resolve ethical and legal issues in managerial situations.
3b.  Students will identify and analyze relevant global issues in managerial situations.
4a.  Students will know the core functional business areas from a managerial perspective: accounting, finance, management [human resources and operations] and marketing.
4b.  Students will integrate knowledge of the core functional business areas that reflect cross-functional aspects of management.
5Aa  Students will explore their leadership qualities and identify opportunities for leadership.
5b.  Students will apply knowledge of individuals, groups, and the organizational context to influence and direct the work of others effectively.
