Course description

This course introduces students to the various types of psychopathology and their relationships to crime. Students consider the concept of "abnormality," as viewed by the public, the mental health field, and the criminal justice system. Students learn about a wide range of psychopathologies and apply this knowledge to exploring how various types of criminal activity are related to symptoms of mental disorders.
