Course description

The course will cover properties of semiconductor materials, equilibrium and non-equilibrium carrier
distributions in intrinsic and extrinsic semiconductors, operation principle and design criteria of typical
semiconductor devices.

Pre-req: PHYS 2015 or 2018 and 2016; no grad credit
