Course description
Introduce a top management perspective in viewing the competitive landscape of a business. Analyze both external and internal environments of a business to develop strategies in pursuit of sustainable business performance, and execute the business strategies through coordinating business functions such as marketing, finance, production, and human resources to generate and utilize competitive advantages.
