Course description

Introduce a top management perspective in viewing the competitive landscape of a business. Analyze both external and internal environments of a business to develop strategies in pursuit of sustainable business performance, and execute the business strategies through coordinating business functions such as marketing, finance, production, and human resources to generate and utilize competitive advantages.

prereq: FIN 3601, MGTS 3301, MGTS 3401, MGTS 3801, MKTG 3701, 90 credits, LSBE candidate or college consent; no grad credit
